At NUTRIVA Health, we ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers to the United States and a curated list of international destinations. Rates are based on package weight and destination zone.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Domestic orders ship via USPS:
- USPS Ground Advantage — Regular (2–4 business days)
- USPS Priority — Express (1–3 business days)

Customs & Import Duties
All international orders ship under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
United Kingdom orders: An EORI number may be required at checkout for customs clearance.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
NUTRIVA Health is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather, nor for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. For carrier issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at office@nutriva-health.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
